I had completed a small amount of research last night on when the busiest times are at the airport. Monday morning was one of those times listed. Dropped off the daughter at school and turned on the app. Sure enough, 2 trips to the airport with 2 pickups on the way out. I am sure that it was chaos at the airport today as it was raining and there was lots of lighting in the area.
There was something small that was rattling in the car every time we hit a bump, and I could not find where it was coming from so I could stop it before it drove me nuts. I pulled over and almost tore the vehicle apart trying to find the source. No luck. In the evening, I didn't hear it so all of those 4-letter words must of done something.
I am totally serious when I say that there was a lady at a bus stop on Ceasar Chavez that was standing on the sidewalk and had her back to the road. With her back to the road, that means that her big butt was facing the road. In this case, although her body was safely on the sidewalk at the bus stop, her big butt was protruding into the road. Again, I am serious when I say that I had to steer the vehicle hard against the left side of the right lane, to keep from hitting her ass that was protruding out into the traffic.
Did 2 shifts today and I think that was the first time that I had done that. The first shift, mentioned above, ended at about 12:30pm and the second shift started at about 9:30pm and finished at about 12:30am. 17 trips total.
